Sonor Primary Line instruments were completely re-designed in 2010, for sound optimization, and environmental stewardship.  They are the first Orff instruments to be FSC certified.  This ensures eco-friendly production and sustainable harvesting of all wood used. 

The SGP soprano glockenspiel has silver steel sound bars measuring 20 x 3 mm.  It has a bright well balanced tone, neither too soft nor too resonant.  The bars feature the note name and staff notation printed in the center of each bar.  The pitch range is c3-a4 diatonic, with c1 being middle C.  The resonator box is made of FSC pine wood. The SGP comes with f-sharp and b-flat bars, and one pair of SCH 95 mallets.
