The Nuvo Plus soprano recorder has a unique silicone key
system which makes it
easier for children to fully cover the holes.
It has standard recorder fingering so any recorder method book
or media can be used.
The only difference is the thumb hole on the back, which uses
a slightly different
technique to make the half-hole. The Nuvo Plus plays 2
octaves and is fully
chromatic with Baroque fingering.
This recorder can be cleaned in hot, soapy water and comes
with a hard
plastic case and
fingering chart. It has an adjustable thumb rest and removable
rings (at the bottom)
which can be used as a rewards system which students have to
“earn” back. The Nuvo
Plus recorder is available in 7 color options including black
or white with blue,
green, or pink accents.
